I built Foundress because I am wired to see possibility, the sky-high vision, and walk it back into an actionable path. I often see what leaders want before they can fully articulate it. And I build the systems, structure, and strategy required to get them there.
That is the Architect in me: intuitive, analytical, and committed to making complexity simple.
But I wanted to build this for more than the companies we serve. I wanted to build Foundress for my children too, so they could see what a woman can create when she doesn’t shrink her gifts. And for the women beside me, so they can lead, earn, grow, and rise through meaningful work.

Our Essence
Foundress was born from a moment of clarity — when women I had mentored and trained over the years came back, all at once, asking to build together again.
They wanted to return to work that mattered. To be seen, challenged, stretched, and guided. Within three weeks, several reached out. I knew it was time. Foundress exists for the leaders with vision, but limited capacity, and for the women ready to step into meaningful, transformational work. We partner with organizations at pivotal moments of growth, reinvention, or change, bringing the structure, clarity, and strategy that help vision take root, and last.
